Kind Ethos Coaches

Alicia Laszewski is a seasoned communications leader that is passionate about building teams and culture.  She leverages the broad range of skills gained through various senior leadership roles at global firms and as the Founder of Brand Ethos.   Alicia is fueled by personal experiences to improve the way humans in groups collaborate even when things get difficult and an advocate for kindness in all scenarios as a driving force to goal achievement.  She is the creator of the Stop the Mobbing movement and her personal story was published in The Lemonade Stand book.  

Ana Sofia Laszewski is a young, vibrant leader and student athlete that is wise beyond her years.  She serves as the Student Body President of her school, an Advisory Council Member of the Florida High School Athletic Association, and a Board Member of Women Engaged to name a few.  In addition to these leadership roles, she is an honors scholar and a three varsity sport athlete- cheer, basketball, and flag football.  Through her own experiences with coaches and peers, she is fueled to make change and is on a path toward a psychology degree with an emphasis on player coach relationships and athlete mental health. 

Cariann Moore has built her career on the foundation of marketing and communications for non-profits having served at organizations such as the American Red Cross, Junior Achievement, and Jack & Jill. She crossed over into the Corporate arena over 10 years ago, but her heart is always with organizations looking to give back.  Cariann was one of the global leaders responsible for integrating and improving workplace culture across multiple brands for one global enterprise prior to joining the Brand Ethos team.  She is a true advocate for inclusion, kindness, and mental health causes.
