With over 25 years of experience in leading Marketing & Communications teams globally, Alicia is known as the queen of the tough conversation. She is the founder of Brand Ethos, a communications firm that supports a variety of clients. Prior to Brand Ethos, Alicia was the Global Chief Marketing Officer for large technology company in addition to holding various senior level communications roles for other companies where culture creation and change were critical success factors. Her favorite title of all is wife and mom, and she is particularly proud of her upbringing in Spartanburg, South Carolina, her Clemson roots, and her Cuban and Spanish heritage.
